The City of Gillette, Wyoming will expand the Youth Emergency Services, Inc (YES) House targeting children ages 6-21 and their families in Northeastern Wyoming by providing residential treatment, emergency shelter. The primary goals are to improve the academic and family functioning through the provision of after school educational, social skills, and parenting programs for youth and families in the day treatment program and the H.O.P.E. families' education classes.NCA/NCF
