The Sports Foundation, Inc. will implement The Passport to Success program in youth age 12-18 residing in the Bronx neighborhoods of New York. The primary goal of the program is to increase physical activity and wellness of participants. The program activities include physical activities, educational workshops, substance abuse prevention counseling, and case management services.
The ultimate Goal is to: Prevent and reduce delinquent behavior and victimization, and address the national problem of obesity / physical fitness / lack of physical education in schools, and to provide early intervention, and case management, in the lives of 48 targeted 'Selective' middle school aged boys & girls.NCA/NCF
