The Ryan Community Center and Library will provide after-school programming to at-risk youth and their families to reduce the potential for juvenile delinquency in the surrounding community. The Center will provide collaborate with the Deparetment of Parks and Recreation to provide asafe environment for 150 youth who will engage in computer training, homework assistance, sports, games, reading programs and mentoring. The program will engage 200 parents each year and the program staff will track the number of youth consistently involved in programs, types of activities in which they are involved and the number and content of parent contacts.NCA/NCF
