Family Support for Child Victims of Abuse and Neglect Who Have Serious Emotional Disturbances

Children's Home Society of South Dakota's objective is to successfully integrate a child returning to a family, community and school in the Sioux Falls area following discharge from a residential treatment facility. This is done by focusing on four main components; supportive relationships, practical service arrangements, forthright information exchanges and flexible, shared approaches to gauging failure and success.
