The University Settlement Society of New York will expand the services and programming in the community center opened in collaboration with the Chinatown YMCA to the target population of youth ages 11-17 in Manhattan's Community Board 3. The primary goal is to increase positive interpersonal relationships of participants through the provision of recreational, educational, expressive and leadership activities during out-of-school time.
