Technical Assistance, Communications, Data Collection and Evaluation

I Have a Dream Foundation will provide technical assistance, support, and resources to sixty six (66) chapters in sixteen states. Each of the chapters provide comprehensive long term mentoring, tutoring, counseling and enrichment activities with the goal of improving academic performance , attendance, graduation from high school and avoidance of destruction behaviors. Additionally, the I Have a Dream Foundation provides students with goal setting strategies that will assist students overcome obstacles of poverty. I Have a Dream will report performance measures that include system-level improvement activities and the number of chapters that implement evidence based prevention or intervention model.
