A Proposal to Examine Minority Overrepresentation Reduction Strategies in Juvenile Justice

The applicant will develop a process for the collection of systematic information on current and prior juvenile Minority Overrepresentation Reduction (MORR) efforts, and will identify strategies and programs which have shown effects in reducing DMC. The applicant will create a searchable database of strategies and programs, and will make recommendations regarding what works to reduce DMC. A project advisory group will be convened to guide the activities. CA/NCF
