IDENTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATIONOF PROMISING TRIBAL YOUTH PROGRAMS

The Native American Alliance Foundation (NAAF) will collect the results of process and impact evaluation of FY 1999 - 2005 TYP programs and compile documentation and reports on lessons learned, promising practices, and best practices implemented as a result of TYP funding. NAAF will determine whether these programs are meeting their intended objectives, assess innovative programs showing potential for replication, and examine programs that demonstrate a substantial impact on reducing violent crime or substance abuse and report on their findings. This will result in a series of reports and publications.
