The continued graduated sanctions plan will continue to be enforced by the court through referral to YD&O office. Tribal Youth Program staff will then fully explain the expectations of the program to the adjudicated youth including participation in an alcohol education class, community service, opportunity to participate in the Fire Starter Project for Youth (White Bison Inc.) and alcohol assessment (for repeat offenders).
