National Youth Court Center

With support from OJJDP, the National Youth Court Center (NYCC) at the American Probation and Parole Association/Council of State Governments will provide information, training, technical assistance, and resource materials to youth court programs and jurisdictions interested in establishing youth courts.
Specifically, NYCC will provide training seminars to assist jurisdictions in establishing and/or enhancing youth court programs, as well as deliver workshops and exhibit at various national and state conferences. In addition, the NYCC will continue building its cadre of trainers by conducting a train-the-trainer seminar.

The NYCC will also continue to collect program data/information on youth courts and develop new resource materials designed to help youth courts provide more effective services for their constituents, while maintaining some of its current primary information vehicles (e.g., main website, newsletters, NYCC E-Update).NCA/NCF
