The San Francisco District Attorney's Office will partner with Bayview community organizations and public agencies to implement a Community Response Network model that will offer intensive case management to 20 youth at high-risk for gang involvement; crisis management to 40 youths and families affected by gang, turf, set and gun activity; and semi-monthly late-night street outreach to at-risk youth in the Bayview community. The program's goal is to decrease gun violence in the Bayview community. The program strategy includes providing crisis intervention, coordinated case management, and street outreach to address violence as it happens and prevent future violence through on-street presence and effective case management. Performance measures will include school attendance and performance, attitude changes documented by case workers, and rates of gun violence. NCA/NCF
