Pediatric Forensic Nurse Examiner Program

The main objective of the Children's Hospital of The King's Daughters is to provide complete medical evaluations for children taken into foster care. Their primary goal is to provide qualified medical professionals to assist local agencies in identifying children who are victims of abuse and neglect. The Child Abuse Program implemented will address the need for comprehensive medical, mental health, and forensic services for children who are suspected of abuse and neglect, as well as their families.
