Infant-Toddler Court Team - Des Moines, Iowa

Zero to Three proposes to establish Court Teams for Maltreated Infants and Toddlers. Their primary goal is to address juvenile crime and victimization by supporting effective programs and practices. The main objective is to reduce the recurrence of substantiated reports of child abuse and neglect for infants and toddlers in Court Team communities.
