A Child Is Missing is a telephonic dissemintation response system for use when a child is reported missing to law enforcement. The system uses satellite data to identify a geographic area to bound the search for the missing child, and then uses technology to dial every phone number withtin the identified bounds to deliver a recorded description of the child and the circumstances of his or her disappearance.
