Technology access and community assistance for youth at risk and families

Soundview Community in Action (SCA) will continue its outreach programs targeting at-risk youth and adults in the South East Bronx (zip codes 10472, 10473, and 10474) of New York City. SCA's outreach programs include a technology center providing free internet access and computer training and a community development program that provides social services for benefits and entitlements and personal assistance. The primary goal of SCA is to increase pro-social behavior in youth through the provision of social services, access to technology, educational support, employment training, and other economic development opportunities. SCA will track progress by reporting performance measures to OJJDP. NCA/NCF
