Arts Empowerment Curriculum Development

Art for a Child's Safe America (ArtSafe)provides incarcerated youth with innovative arts based activities. ArtSafe will develop a curriculum package that will include up to ten tool kits for art based activities that include: Visual Arts and Writing,(such as the Mandela Project, Mask Making, Dreams and Nightmares, Walls that Speak, Doors of Our Lives), Music, and Photgraphy. The project will consist of compiling, documenting, and producing the curriculum resource package and ancillary materials for use in juvenile correctional facilities.NCA/NCF
