The City of Wrangell Youth Court strives to promote feelings of self esteem and a desire for self improvement, and to foster a healthy attitude toward rules and authority among young people involved. The Wrangell Youth Court offers volunteer civic opportunities for young people who seek to become volunteer members of the court. The Wrangell Youth Courts is a joint venture by the schools, police department, probation departments, juvenile and family court, and local not-for-profit organizations.
