The Santa Barbara Police Activities League will implement after school and summer, pro social activities in a variety of programs that target youth ages 5 to 18 in Santa Barbara, California. The goal of the program is to reduce gang involvement, drug and alcohol use and improve attendance and grades. Santa Barbara Police Activities League will accomplish these goals though individual and team recreational activities that are combined with academic enrichment and leadership development. Performance measures will include reduced gang involvement and reduced drug and alcohol use, improved attendance and grades for 100 youth.NCA/NCF
