Our Home, Inc. is a private non profit corporation providing residential juvenile services for juvenile delinquents and abused/neglected young people. With OJJDP funding, Our Home, Inc will enhance the quality of service provision to juveniles at a 39-bed group care program in Parkston, SD. The 55 juveniles in the group care program were referred by a Local, state or federal court for correctional or child protection services. Our Home, Inc. will employ a full-time Program Coordinator to oversee the program, purchasing needed supplies, and ensuring for safe and adequate facilities. Performance measures for this program include: 1) reduced number of program critical incidents; 2) increased staff retention rates; and 3) documented community involvement. These measures will be reported to OJJDP in the grantee's Categorical Assistance Progress Report. NCA/NCF
