Development and expansion of Chattahoochee CASA services.

The Chattahoochee CASA program currently serves only Muscogee County in Georgia. This grant will enable the program to hire additional personnel in order to expand its services to the four surrounding rural counties of Harris, Talbot, Taylor, and Marion. The goal of the program is to ensure that permanency is achieved for the children in the local foster care system within a reasonable amount of time. In addition, the program will increase community members' awareness of its services and will provide educational seminars to the public concerning child abuse.
