FY 2005 OJJDP Congressional Earmark Programs

The Boys and Girls Home of Nebraska will operate an after school education program that will serve middle and high school youth who have committed minor offenses and/or have unique mental, psychological and behavioral problems. The program will report on performance measures including: (1) the number of juveniles that successfully complete probation and their term in school; (2) the number of juveniles that improve school performance, learn pro-social and useful skills, and remain out of the juvenile justice system; (3) the number of Spanish-speaking children and families that become invested in their communities; and (4) the number of juveniles returning from out-of-home placements and successfully re-integrate into the community.
