Laurinburg Housing Authoarity Youth Center

This grant is for the Town of Laurinburg Housing Authority Youth Center, in Laurinburg, NC. The Youth Center will provide tutoring, job placement, counseling, family activities, conflict resolution education, and constructive recreation to youth living in and around low-income assisted housing and to youth referred by the Juvenile Court system. These activities will enhance self-esteem, build family unity, and help high-risk youth to succeed in school, thereby reducing school dropout and delinquency. NCA/NCF
