Description of original award (Fiscal Year 2003, $99,350)

The purpose of this program is to provide organizational support, training, technical assistance and networking to non-school hour youth programs to build capacity and raise the quality of programs available to children in the St. Louis region. St. Louis for Kids Resource Connection will provide staff training, networking opportunities, information on "best practices" and expert consultation to youth service providers in the region with a focus on quality standards and strength-based approaches.
