This project will support the Coalition for Juvenile Justice (CJJ) in its efforts to provide training, technical assistance and information to the State Juvenile Justice Advisory Groups. This will be accomplished through: 1. maintaining an office in Washington, D.C. to administer and coordinate training and technical assistance and gather and disseminate information, data, standards, advanced technicaues and program models from and to the States; 2. conducting two Regional Coalition State Advisory Group training conferences; 3. developing and distributing data on federal, state and local juvenile justice issues; and 4. conducting a national training conference focused on the issue of Disproportionate Minority Contact that relates to the activities of the State Advisory Groups. nca/ncf
