First Circuit CASA Program Expansion Project

The First Circuit Court Appointed Special Advocate Program (FCCASA) promotes and protects the best interests of abused and neglected children, involved in the court process, through the services of trained volunteers (advocates). Under the current grant, the program will continue serving Davison County, SD, and will expand its services to Aurora, Hanson, McCook, and Douglas counties. The program is guided by a Board of Director's, selected from the community. The Board acts as a governing body and was instrumental in formulating the program's mission.
