JUVENILE JUSTICE AND DELINQUENCY PREVENTION CONGRESSIONAL EARMARK PROGRAM

The Detroit Rescue Mission Ministries (DRMM) will implement programs that will reduce substance abuse and delinquency in the Detroit and Highland Park area. The Oasis Youth program will provide recreational and mentoring activities.

The Youth Challenge Course will target youth involved in the juvenile justice system. The program will provide youth with problem solving skills and leadership development opportunities. The Youth Challenge Course will involve individual physical activity and team oriented activities. Each obstacle presents a challenge that youth must overcome.
