This suburban community plans to serve approximately 150 clients and 150 family members over the two year grant period. The program will be a minimum of 9 months of treatment followed by a 6 month aftercare component. Upon completion of the program, clients may have their records expunged. The program consists of intensive judicial supervision, sanctions and incentives, and frequent mandatory drug testing.
