Tribal Drug Court Planning Grant

This grant will be used to support the planning process for a tribal drug court. The planning team will attend the Drug Courts Program Office (DCPO) training programs that are designed to teach the key components/elements of a drug court and to facilitate team building and effective planning. The planning team also will visit other drug courts to learn, firsthand, from the experiences of drug court practitioners.

The recipient jurisdiction will carry out the project according to a workplan, as developed at the three required technical assistance workshops or conferences.
