The National Children's Alliance (NCA) is proposing a program plan that will provide needed funding for up to 40 newly developing Children's Advocacy Centers (CAC) as well as to 240 existing programs across the country. In addition, the new funding will greatly enhance the field of work through targeted special emphasis grants related to subjects of keen interest to local programs. The goal of NCA is to enhance and strengthen existing CAC programs while continuing to support the development and rapid deployment of CAC programs across the nation, particularly in underserved areas.
