Project Summary for 2001-MC-CX-0001

The Rachel Foundation seeks to provide reunification and reintegration services to recovered abducted children and their left-behind families. This program has been established to rebuild parent-child relationships by providing a safe and supportive environment for children and parents, both in a long-term residential environment and a short-term visitation environment. Funding would allow the foundation to continue to provide reunification services to children and families, while at the same time developing a solid infrastructure and long-term sustainability plan.
