The University of Delaware is the fiscal agent for the University/School Alliance's Partners in Prevention Coalition. The coalition serves New Castle County, Delaware, an urban area with a population of over 500,000. To achieve those goals, the coalition will implement the following strategies:
1) provide prevention education and skills training for youth and adults;

3) create and build sustainable networks among students, parents, schools, and community and governmental agencies to support prevention efforts. CA/NCF
