The Leadership Training Institute (LTI) is contracted to provide educational and residential services to court remanded youth. LTI Building For Success JUMP addresses both prevention and intervention for court involved youth. Workshops and focus groups will be offered after-school, on weekends, and during the summer for adjudicated, as well as at-risk youth between the ages of 10-18 years old. Areas of the program will be coordinated with varied community agencies: these include Academic Enhancement through Technology Program, a computer-based learning effort; Learning and the Performing Arts - multi-disciplinary performance arts components; and Careers and Entrepreneurship, this program emphasizes team discipline and the correlation between education and workplace success.
