This cooperative agreement is to continue the evaluation by the National Council on Crime and Delinquency (NCCD) of the Florida Department of Juvenile Justice's (DJJ) Avon Park Youth Academy (APYA) and the STREET Smart reentry component funded under the US Department of Labor's (DOL) Education and Training for Youthful Offenders Initiative (ETI). The current continuation will support ongoing data collection regarding the experimental group. It will also support revision of the project design to include additional surveys for which DOL transferred funds to DOJ.
