People Reaching Out, Inc. (PRO) is a nationally recognized substance abuse prevention organization award winner that targets various aspects of a youth's life, that includes peer, school, family and community factors. PRO proposes to increase knowledge of the risks associated with substance abuse and the harmful effects of alcohol, drugs, and tobacco, while reducing the use of these substances by youth.
