Wisconsin DOJ, Division of Criminal Investigation (DCI) and the Wisconsin Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force will continue to support Wisconsin and other states’ law enforcement agencies investigating computer‑facilitated child exploitation.  This goal will be achieved by conducting forensic examinations, working proactive and reactive investigations, providing training and technical assistance, securing services for child victims and their families, and strongly advocating for prevention through community education. In addition, Wisconsin ICAC will continue to actively build law enforcement capacity in Wisconsin and expand the number of participating agencies in the Wisconsin ICAC Task Force. Project success will be measured through statistical record keeping including such measurables as the number of child victims identified, number of ICAC related arrests in the grant period, number of victim services offered/completed, number of training sessions conducted, number of technical assists provided to law enforcement agencies, number of case submissions for federal prosecutions, and the number of affiliates added to the Wisconsin ICAC Task Force.
