FY24 Montana Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force Program

The Montana Department of Justice, Montana Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force (MT ICAC Task Force) will continue to maintain, expand, and improve the MT ICAC Task Force's effectiveness in preventing, interdicting, investigating, and prosecuting Internet crimes against children and technology-facilitated child exploitation. They will provide educational programs aimed at law enforcement officers, teachers, parents, and children; serve as a resource to law enforcement agencies for both investigations and forensic examinations; assist as needed with the prosecution of cases at the appropriate level; and participate in nationally coordinated investigations. Funding under this project will support personnel, software license renewals, supplies, training, and other associated costs for the task force and its affiliate agencies.
