Support by reVision is tailored to meet the changing needs of the young people we serve. reVision offers five types of services: (1) One-on-one, group, and peer mentoring, (2) Case management provided by professional case managers and two licensed clinicians, (3) Pro-social activities and community engagement, (4) Education programming and (5) Securing housing for unstably housed youth. Houston reVision serves disconnected and system-involved youth across Harris County.
