NC FY24 Title II Formula Grants Program

The Governor’s Crime Commission, a section of the Department of Public Safety, serves as the State Administering Agency for North Carolina's FY 2024 Title II Formula Grants Program. The Juvenile Justice Planning Committee (JJPC) of the Governor’s Crime Commission serves as North Carolina’s State Advisory Group (SAG). NC will use funds from the FY24 Title II Formula Grant to continue to support programs which meet the growing needs of the justice-involved and at-risk youth in the state, including programs and services to support compliance with the JJDP Act and to reduce racial disproportionality -- all of which remain priorities of the North Carolina SAG.
