MD FY24 Title II Formula Grants Program

State of Maryland FY 2024 Title II Formula Grants Program will support delinquency prevention, intervention, and juvenile justice system improvements through grants and contracts with public and private agencies, this includes Positive Youth Development, Community based programs and services to strengthen families and communities, and After-Care and Reentry Service. Each program will be required to utilize the hallmarks of the Developmental Approach to Reforming Juvenile Justice.
