Hawaii FY 2024 Title II Formula Grants Program will support delinquency prevention, intervention, and juvenile justice system improvements through grants and contracts with public and private agencies. This includes compliance monitoring, implementation of alternatives to detention programming, coordination of the State Advisory Group, and compliance with the Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (JJDP) Act.
