Parents and Children Together

Franklin County Board of Commissioners’ initiative named Parents and Children Together (PACT) is designed to support fathers (and their families) appearing before the Franklin County Common Pleas Court at risk of long-term incarceration and fathers incarcerated in the Franklin County Community Based Correctional Facility, their children ages 0–17, and at-home caregiver(s) by offering an array of individualized services to support parent-child bonding, emotional and behavioral well-being, and socioeconomic support.
