The Saint Regis Mohawk Tribe Judicial Branch Family Treatment Court will enhance service delivery to families that have had or are at risk of removal of their children due to a substance use disorder. The expected outcomes of the Saint Regis Mohawk Tribe Judicial Branch Family Treatment Court are increased participation and graduation rates. This will be accomplished by hiring a peer group facilitator, screening all Tribal members in Franklin County Family Court, using an evidence-based monthly recovery capital survey, and continuing its Traditional Teachings workshops. The Family Treatment Court Case Manager and Peer Group Facilitator will provide earlier, person-centered interventions that increase participant engagement and graduation rates.
