Substance Affected Youth (SAY) Program

Penquis, a community action agency and licensed mental health agency, proposes to implement and expand the existing Substance Affected Youth (SAY) Program. The purpose is to build on the program’s existing success of delivering school- and community-based trauma-responsive services to reduce isolation and build resilience among youth impacted by opioid use and other substance use disorders in Penobscot and Piscataquis counties, Maine.
