Cumberland County A.S.P.I.R.E Court-Approaches to Supporting Young People in Recovery Everyday

To counter the increase in opioid-related overdose deaths, Cumberland County is proposing to implement a Juvenile Drug Treatment Court —ASPIRE (Approaches to Supporting Young People in Recovery Everyday) by hiring a full-time case coordinator and collaborating between three Cumberland County treatment providers, the court system, and law enforcement by incorporating an array of wraparound services to support the healthy recovery of participants.
