Luzerne County Juvenile Wellness Court Expansion

Luzerne-Wyoming Counties Mental Health and Developmental Services Program, in partnership with Luzerne County Juvenile Probation, will use their experience with Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration grants to expand the current Juvenile Wellness Court, which serves youth with co-occurring disorders. This will be done in collaboration with an experienced licensed mental health/substance use treatment provider, who will link youth to the appropriate services and supports that are trauma informed, culturally competent, client centered, and evidence based.
