Big Brothers Big Sisters (BBBS) proposes to implement the Big Brothers Big Sisters Lone Star Mentoring Project to provide increased and continuous outreach for the purpose of recruiting volunteers from corporate, community, and faith-based partnerships to serve as mentors to youth in the interest of crime prevention and disrupting the cycle of incarceration in Harris County.
