Advocating Hispanic Empowerment Against Domestic Violence

Forbes House, the sole domestic violence shelter in Lake County, seeks federal funding for an initiative dedicated to empowering members of the Hispanic community to live free from abuse. This project aims to inform and support individuals by enhancing their awareness of available resources and providing essential tools to escape abusive relationships. Its primary goal is to encourage and empower Hispanic survivors to seek assistance and achieve lives without domestic violence.
