Bridge Family Resource Connector Network

The Bridge Family Resource Connector Network (The BRIDGE), a 501(c)(3) organization in Douglas County, serves as a catalyst for families to access culturally-responsive services. By partnering with families and community stakeholders, The BRIDGE aims to enhance positive youth development and sustain family well-being. Through prevention and early intervention services, The BRIDGE implements a community-based model targeting factors linked to youth justice system involvement. This model fosters collaboration among diverse community entities to support at-risk youth and their families, aiming to build trust between law enforcement and residents. Grant funds allocated to Douglas County will be subawarded to The BRIDGE to hire program coordinators, establish community-based locations, support organizational functions, and assist families in need.
