Creating Healthy Alternatives Neutralizing Gangs

The Creating Healthy Alternatives Neutralizing Gangs (CHNGE) project, led by the Pelham Police Department and B. Keith Jones Planning and Consulting LLC, aims to combat rural crime and gang activity among youth in Pelham, Georgia. This initiative will deploy an Operations Analyst to implement effective data collection methods for identifying gang-affiliated youth and connecting them with mentors, targeting risk factors like antisocial behavior and substance use to reduce youth violence and delinquency.
