2023 Wyoming ICAC Task Force Program

The Wyoming ICAC Task Force is responsible for all of Wyoming's 23 counties. The Wyoming ICAC Task Force will continue to seek solutions for the investigation, detection, deconfliction, apprehension and prosecution of individuals who target children on the Internet. This funding will continue to support critical efforts by providing personnel, equipment, training, investigative support, public awareness and education, and the coordination of efforts of all participating agencies within the Wyoming ICAC Task Force’s area of responsibility. More Specifically, the Task Force will work to: increase the number of both proactive and reactive investigations; increase the number of forensic examinations; increase the number of referrals received from other ICAC Task Forces and federal partners; increase the capabilities of the Wyoming ICAC Task Force agencies in the investigation of technology-facilitated crimes against children; enhance the Wyoming ICAC Task Force’s effectiveness in preventing these types of offenses; and formalize law enforcement partnerships through written agreements.
